Sensible Shoes

March 27, 2010 By Sage 5 Comments

Pigs must be getting ready to fly because I just bought a pair of Born sandals!

I can’t say I’m happy about it, but cobblestones and stilettos don’t mix, and at least they’ve got sort of a heel, and that cute flower.

The times, they are definitely a-changin’…

I had to buy a bunch of wedge sandals last summer. My walk to work on New Haven’s broken sidewalks and cobblestones was making a mess of my heels. A wedge or a sturdy heel can be cute (yours certainly are!), but they don’t ever quite feel right, do they?

Sage, they’re cute! I love Born, they have some cute, stylish ones and they are comfortable too.

They’re OK, but I bought 2 new pairs of impractical shoes to balance out the practical shoes.

I figure it makes sense because my office floors aren’t cobblestone, and I do spend a good part of my life at work ;)

    I’m hopeless!
