Now that he’s become a bit of a fixture in my life, I thought it was time to show you Robert… didn’t want you thinking he was some sort of stodgy old professor ;-)
It’s amazing what you can find on the internet!

Robert has a kind face, thanks for introducing us to him. Are you planning a traditional wedding or something different than the norm?
Congratulations again!
Sage says
Hi Jennifer,
Thank you :)
It won’t be a traditional white wedding, but we’re not sure exactly how it will be. It’ll be a small wedding, and it will not be in Denmark or the US, but the rest is still up in the air.
We really like the idea of a mid-winter handfasting in England, but the logistics of marrying in England due to the fact that we live outside the country and that I’m not an EU citizen are daunting to say the least.
I’ll definitely write about it as the plans come together…

Dear Sage,
(Hopefully this is not a duplicate comment. Had a computer blip just now.) I’ve read your blog from time to time and am just now catching up with your news. I wanted to extend my congratulations on your engagement and my best wishes for many grace-filled years. Thank you for continuing to blog. I find all the expat ups and downs very interesting.
Cheers to you (and Robert) from the USA.
Dana
