I&#39;m seeing it again tomorrow, and I&#39;ve called in back-up :)<br /><br />Barbara: I suggested to the agent that the counter might be concrete, but he looked at me like I had 8 heads, so who knows? It was very cool, whatever it is. And yes, the bathroom sink sits atop a wooden cabinet. I hope that the problems are of a minor nature. It&#39;s always good to get an inspection. I&#39;ve found that lots of renovations in Connecticut are more artistic and cosmetic rahter than correcting the systems. But I agree, roofing is sometimes quite affordable depending on what&#39;s underneath. And water damage can be serious or totally minor (like someone leaving the faucet running.)You&#39;re one smart cookie, and I&#39;m sure you&#39;ll figure out the real value of the house.<br /><br />Was that stone by the sink in the kitchen or concrete? And what was the surface underneath the sink in the bathroom? It looked like wood. How charming!<br /><br />Also, does the kitty come with the house?<br /><br />Thanks for sharing - you have a great eye!
