Its a stunning house! Just keep feeling the love your feeling when you see it or think of it and it will all happen for you. Keep the good vibes going in the right direction. I did that with mine. There were glitches and my bf wanted to stay there to work them out. I said no......this house is sold.....they really want in and I really want out. Its a done deal. It took a week after I left it to make it so but everyone involved busted their butts to do it. Get the champagne chilling. It will happen. Hugs and Good Luck!
